RF Level Head

Robertshaw probe designs allow for easy installation. Entrance glands may have pipe threads or they can be supplied with standard ANSI B16.5 flange construction. The top end of the probe has a 1/2" NPT fitting (3/4" for "shortstop" probes) to accept the Robertshaw control instrument for direct mounting, or a triaxial cable conduit outlet box or transmitter for remote mounted instruments.

Models 740A/C-A and 740A/C-B

The 740A/C-A (bare) or 740A/C-B (Teflon insulated) is a medium pressure, general purpose, rigid probe for level measurement involving liquids or dry materials.

Model 729A

The 729A flexible probe is a general purpose probe designed for use in applications where non-rigid probes are either required or desired.

Model 750

The 750 is an economical, low pressure, general purpose, rigid probe for level measurement involving liquids or dry materials.

Model 728B

The 728B capacitance probe is designed for heavy duty service wherever a rugged probe is required.

Model 738A

The 738A ceramic-insulated, rigid probe is designed for use with Robertshaw capacitance-type level and bulk measuring instruments. It is offered for use in special and corrosive material measurement applications involving high temperature and pressure conditions.

Models 150KB285 and 150KB284

These 150KB285 (rigid) or 150KB284 (flexible) bare, non-insulated probes are for extremely high pressure/temperature applications. The flexible probe is designed for use where long probe lengths are required.

Model 741 A/C

The 741A/C is a general purpose, high gain, rigid probe for use with lower dielectric materials or where increased sensitivity/gain is needed.

Model 727A

The 727A high pressure, high temperature, “shortstop” probe is designed for use in applications where product build-up or conductive coatings typically cause erroneous control actions.

Model 732A

The 732A “shortstop” probe is designed for those tricky and difficult applications where conductive coatings or product build-up typically cause erroneous control action.

Model 739B

The 739B sanitary, flanged probes are for use in applications where ease of cleaning and/or removal are a requirement.

Model 736B

The 736B probe is available in both a general and heavy duty design, each with a Teflon-faced flange for highly corrosive applications.

Model 702A

The 702A rigid probe allows installation of a bent probe in cases where internal vessel obstacles would otherwise interfere and prevent the use of a standard one-piece gland probe.
