Robertshaw Patented “Instantrol” Heater Package Provides Accurate Control

MARYVILLE, TN. – Companies can now ensure reliable instant delivery of accurately controlled hot water with Maryville, Tenn.-based Robertshaw Industrial Products’ patented “Instantrol” heater package. This complete and integrated package comes with the patented “Instantrol” bulb with a special anticipating feature that eliminates the overshoot normally associated with instantaneous heaters after standby periods.

The “Instantrol” heater package is small enough to be carried through a door opening by two people and is equipped to supply water for an entire building. The package may be floor-mounted on a stand or on a wall, and eliminates the need for a large storage tank with its required floor space.

The Specs
Robertshaw’s “Instantrol” Heater package requires no external power source, and utilizes the company’s reliable self-actuated temperature regulator along with sized-sensing bulb housing. It also includes an ASME “code” heater, steam strainer, an inverted bucket type steam trap, an action adjustment valve and adjustable mounting feet.
